Hi, I'm Amanda Larson and I am excited to introduce you to my business!
As the owner, I bring over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting to my clients. Being a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Gusto Payroll Certified, I have the tools and knowledge necessary to offer bookkeeping services that cater to your individual business needs.
One of the things that sets me apart is my weekly mentorship with a CPA who has over 20 years of experience in the industry. This relationship allows me to stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, which I can then apply to my clients' businesses.
As a mother of two young children, I understand the importance of being organized, dependable, and efficient, especially when it comes to managing financial records. These skills have become an integral part of my approach to bookkeeping and have helped me develop a strong work ethic that benefits each and every one of my clients.

Diagnostic Review
A full review of your current books to ensure they are accurate and complete so that you can make good financial decisions for your business and be ready for tax time.
Clean Up
Reviewing all transactions that are currently in your file, reconciling accounts, entering missing transactions, and/or making corrections to data as needed.
Catch Up
Downloading and/or entering transactions for your accounts, categorizing transactions based on the information you provide, and reconciling all accounts to get your books up to date.
QuickBooks Online File Setup & Training
Whether you are new to using QuickBooks Online or need some training with an expert - I will take care of setting up your company file, chart of accounts, vendor information, bank accounts, importing data, and setting up user access. I also have training packages and hourly training and support available to ensure you are comfortable with using the system.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Downloading, recording and classifying all financial transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, updating loan accounts, downloading or updating payroll information, generating financial statements, and providing insights and recommendations for improving your financial performance.
